It has been 8 weeks since my Gastric Band hypnosis session and I have lost 17 pounds so far. I am pleased with my progress and feel confident that I am on track to reach my goal weight.

When I went in for hypnosis I discovered that even though I was eating right and getting exercise, I was not losing weight as fast as I could be because of stress. Mark helped me understand that the body feels as though it needs to hold on to fat, to keep it in reserve for a crisis when there is excess stress. Hypnosis helped me to lower my stress level and then I was able to start losing weight more quickly.
