I have tried to quit smoking numerous times before, with various other methods but had been unsuccessful each time and was beginning to think I was stuck with this habit for life. I started when I was 14, and 40 years later finally discovered hypnosis and was able to stop after only 1 session. It's been 9 month and I know now that I have quit for good.
