After the changes I saw in my son, I am wondering if there is something I should ask about for myself. He was struggling with being the new kid in school, and had very low self-esteem and lacked the confidence he once had. If you've never experienced hypnosis, you just don't know what you are missing. I was having trouble getting to sleep at night and felt more worn out every day. After a few sessions, I learned how to go to sleep at night much more quickly and sleep throughout the night. Now I sleep like a baby, except I don't wake up every three hours to be fed.
