I have stopped smoking, and it's great. I can't believe it after 30 years of smoking and trying to quit it has finally happened. I'm very thankful for Good Vibes Hypnosis and hope that everyone who really wants to stop has the opportunity to stop. My life has forever changed!

My son had a wonderful day at school yesterday and the finger on the tip of the nose is really helping. He was getting really frustrated yesterday afternoon at Karate and I reminded him about the finger/nose. After he used that trigger it was amazing how he just completely relaxed and moved on.
