I was reluctant about hypnosis because I have tried everything else for my hip pain and spent a lot of money without relief. After my first session I had my first pain-free night in about 20 years. In the next few hypnosis sessions I learned how to hypnotize myself so now I am in control, and have learned how to control the pain.
