After smoking for over 33 years, usually a pack to a pack and a half a day. I tried to quit before, but always failed. All it took was one visit with Mark and I lost the desire, craving and need. After that one session session I felt more committed to being a non-smoker, I could breathe easier and felt better physically. Thank You Mark for helping me achieve my goal!
