My son had a wonderful day at school yesterday and the finger on the tip of the nose is really helping. He was getting really frustrated yesterday afternoon at Karate and I reminded him about the finger/nose. After he used that trigger it was amazing how he just completely relaxed and moved on. I have never seen him pull it together like that.

I was amazed with what happened in my first weight loss session. Mark found out I experience anxiety when having my blood pressure checked. He took me through a process that taught me how to release the stress and anxiety associated with having my blood pressure checked. Yesterday when I went to the doctor I was able to relax and remain calm while they checked my blood pressure for me. I cannot thank you enough.
