Mark is a Second Generation Hypnotherapist with a home office in Dallas, Texas.
Like his father before him, Mark became fascinated with hypnosis and after careers as a music teacher and
a programmer, he finally decided to focus on his passion, and that would be hypnosis.
His father had incorporated hypnosis into his medical practice in the late 1950’s, eventually delivering over 1500
babies hypnosis for pain control during delivery. From an early age Mark had the opportunity to observe a variety of
hypnosis sessions with his father in their home. These sessions involved habit control, stress reduction, stage
hypnosis as well as regression.
The decision to pursue a career in music, lead Mark to study music at Berklee College of
Music in Boston, MA and North Texas State in Denton, TX. While finishing his Master of Music
degree in Denton, Texas, where he used hypnosis for test anxiety, Mark became interested in
computer programming, which would eventually become his second career. Although he did not realize
it at the time, the 12 years of teaching piano classes and the 12 years of programming were preparing
Mark for what would come next in his life, Hypnosis.
As Certified Hypnotherapist, Mark is teaching people how to reprogram their mind in order to make powerful
changes in their lives. In addition, Mark has applied his years of experience teaching piano classes to teaching
Hypnotherapy, and that earned him the International Association of Counselors and Therapists Educator of the Year award for 2016.
The study of hypnosis is a never ending process that includes both training and practical experience working
with a variety of challenges. Mark shares this with his students and lets them know that although he began learning
hypnosis in 2003, he continues to learn each time he works with a client and teaches a class.
Mark's has studied with the best of the best when it comes to hypnotherapy, as his credentials show.
He did not stop there, and over the years his studies have taken him from coast to coast as he has studied with
the top trainers in Hypnotherapy including, Gil Boyne, Ormond McGill, Michael Newton, Paul Aurand, Dolores Cannon,
George Bien, and David Quigley among others.
While he sees a lot of clients for stop smoking hypnosis and hypnosis weight loss, many people contact him for a
variety of challenges in their lives like gaining weight, stress and anxiety, procrastination, relationship problems,
fears and phobias, insomnia and pre-op surgery as well as many other challenges.
