What is the source of your stress? Many of us know some of the things that push our buttons and create
stress, anxiety and other negative feelings. However, it is very likely that there are factors you did
not even consider that are creating these non-beneficial feelings within you.
It is a fact that your subconscious mind controls 90-95% of your day. Of course the conscious mind does not
want to buy into that, as it thinks it is always in control, especially the part of the conscious mind known as the ego.
Hypnosis allows us to bypass the critical thinking of the conscious mind and access the root cause of challenges so
that we can get to the bottom of what is really getting in your way.
I see this all the time in my office, people come in and tell me all about their stress and anxiety. Yet when we start
to explore the true root cause of their problem, it is not uncommon for them to be surprised when they find out exactly
what it is that is creating these feelings. This does not mean it is a suppressed memory, though it may be, it may just
be that the conscious mind has never really understood the real root cause.
Once we determine the root cause, we are on the way to exploring the most effective hypnotic processes and procedures to
resolve the problem in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
Using a combination of hypnotic suggestion and interactive processes it is possible to not only reach deep down into the
subconscious mind and get to the source of the problem, we are also able to release the energy that is responsible for the
stress and anxiety. In this way we are able to prevent the stress from occuring in the first place.
Self Hypnosis can be a very effective way to deal with stress and anxiety and I encourage all of my clients to use self
